I was looking for something lightweight for mountain bike racing. A lot of guys drink from bottles, but I am just not that coordinated I guess. I figure this lasts me about 2 to 2.5 hours when I am on the trail if I have it all the way filled up. I don't use the waste strap (which is removable) since it is so light weight. I would highly recommend!
