camelbak makes quality products, the Charge 450 100oz is well made and very functional. plenty of room for reservoir, and zippered compartment can hold essentials, keys, wallet, energy bars, cell phone, light clothing. nice zippers and buckles, shoulder straps adjust nicely and are comfotable as long as you dont over load the pack. sternum strap, waist strap with small storage pouches on each sde. one of the large compartments is actualy a pouch, it doesnt zipper shut, you secure your items with compression straps, the top is open so im definetly getting a rain cover. the Antidote reservoir is nice as is the quick release tube. iv been rinsing the reservoir with fresh water, filling it with about 32oz and keeping it in the refrigerator so its ready to go. iv attached a tube trap, it works fine, the back padding is nice, some fancy stitch work there, you have to see it. the small refective strip on the back could be a bit higher on the pack and more taught so when attaching a rear light the light doesnt dangle down when the rearward compartments arent fully loaded. i have the lime color, its bright, very visible. im going to get an insulated tube, in warm weather the first few sips are warm even if the reservoir is cold, im hoping the insulated tube will keep the water in the tube cooler. perhaps a bit pricey however the Charge 450 in my opinion is worth it. its a very nice hydro pack. storage: zippered compartmment for reservoir, tube comes up through small opening in top, large zippered compartment with small zippered compartment integrated into the top, large pouch secures with compression straps(doesnt zipper shut), small zippered compartment with sections inside for small items, pen, note pad, cell phone, small flashlight, lght tool kit or tire repair kit (i use my pack primarily for bicycling), snap hook for keys.

I bought this camelback for my mountain bike rides and I absolutely love it. This pack can hold everything. When im not using it my helmet and gear all fit inside and there is a compartment for my helmet. And I like the new and improved bladders that can easily be removed. A great purchase!

Overall I am happy with the bag for general use...though I would choose a different one if I could.As for biking part of the bag that I LIKE:* Hydration pack at 3L is a good amount if you are going for long periods.* It works great as a Camelbak and is a definite improvement over my original I got a decade ago.As for biking parts of the bag that I DO NOT LIKE:* The helmet carrying system is really a waist of material, as the helmet doesn't want to stay in and you have to redo the straps from normal wear to carry the helmet, so take off the Camelbak and take time to modify the bag, its not quick or easy. (A carabiner to clip on the helmet to any bag is a better option.)* The waist belt cargo pockets are not comfortable if you store large or bulky items in them...and I don't feel comfortable carrying a key, phone or anything important there as they don't zip.* Weather resistant media pocket needs to be bigger, especially since the sizes of phones are increasing.* The areas to carry specialty equipment are small and everything goes into that one pocket. So the pump, keys, phone, multi-tool, etc are all jammed into one area...unless the big general pocket where everything is loose is where each of these things are to be dumped in is what they are talking about. It would have been nice if they had actually designed the bag so that the compartments for the tools were "Dedicated" too typical size of the objects and separate from where wallet, clothes, phone would be stored.)* Not sure where the sunglasses pocket is so be prepared to have them scratched by anything that is in the one of the two pockets they will fit into (big general or small one with several pockets).* No dedicated place to put the MP3 nor run the cords for the headphones for (Not that I use headphones while on streets, but for off road it would be nice if they had what was a selling point of theirs.)Overall, I would go with the pack my wife got, Camelbak Cloud Walker 70 oz Hydration Pack, which is cheaper and holds more stuff (and a 1L less of water) or gone for a more expensive Camelbak than get one that doesn't really work for "biking".
