Let me start by saying that this is my favorite teapot. We bought this teapot because we were dissatisfied with all the other options available. I have owned many teapots and they all seem to have problems that leave you frustrated at some point. Some don't pour very well because the spout is poorly shaped, while on this one it's perfectly shaped and pours very accurately. Some geyser out when you try to pour them because the spout is too hot, but this one always pours smoothly. Some develop a bunch of scale on the bottom and you have to constantly clean it out with vinegar because you can't open them up, but this one has an opening big enough to wash the inside regularly and scour out any scale that develops in the bottom. The handle on some just gets too hot to touch without a towel, or swivels to the side making it unstable while pouring, but this one has a fixed handle and it's high enough up that it never gets too hot. Some are narrow at the bottom, making them unstable and not providing much surface area, but this one is nice and flat across the bottom, making it quite stable and the water heat efficiently. Some are made of metals that leech into your water, while glass kettles are too delicate for serious use, but the enamel over steel has the benefits of being inert and durable. And best of all, it's a perfect size. We really like our tea, and regularly drink tea out of 1-qt mason jars. Some tea pots are just too small for more than one person, but this thing is large enough to fill 3 quart size jars! Of course you can always use less water (which will boil very fast because of the large surface area), but it's nice to have the option to boil more water. The simplicity and elegance of this design is just fantastic. If you want a designer tea pot that accents the back splash in your designer kitchen, then you might want to look elsewhere, but if you are pragmatic like me and you want the best functioning teapot you can find while still looking nice, then this is it. And for less than the cost of most decent teapots, you really can't go wrong. I really like this teapot!

This tea kettle is fabulous. We are avid tea drinkers and regular campers. With this cheerful green tea kettle, we will be camping in style, and consuming large quantities of tea. It heats a generous amount of water and looks good doing it. The only drawback that we found is the fixed handle.

We got this for use in our vintage camper (along with the plate/bowl/cup set, salt and pepper shakers, and sugar bowl) and were very happy with it when it arrived. It's made in China, so it's not the best build quality, but it's still the best of what we have seen around recently. The weight is a little on the light side, but not overly so, and the handle is quite tall so it is easy to remove the lid. The color is just as it appears here, very lime green with small, white speckles, and the enamel was well applied (no chips, flakes, etc.) That said, two of our bowls in the set were very lightly dented (about 1mm at most) in shipping and this caused the enamel to flake off. Still, this is a very nice kettle and we are really not concerned out a similar problem with denting.The kettle size is difficult to gauge in the picture, but it's about the same size as a standard household tea kettle of similar design, holding enough water to make about 4 standard coffee mugs worth of hot water. There is no whistle on this, and if you fill it fully water can come out of the spout when it boils, but that's pretty standard stuff for any kettle of this design. We would recommend this to anyone interested in getting an enamelware tea kettle.
