I have to admit I bought this particular roasting pan because of the color. I am a royal blue nut!!! But it has to be the best roaster I have ever bought. I can cook all kinds of meat in it and nothing sticks to it. It cleans like a dream. If you are looking for a small roaster that not only cooks perfectly but is easy to clean...this is it!

I had one of these 30 years ago and used it all the time. Don't know what happened to it but I ran across this one and had to get it. The quality is high and the food cooked is yummy. I can fit 2 Cornish hens, a chicken, very small ham, turkey breast, ribs, roast, or even casseroles. I'm not going to loose this one!
