Watch Video Here: http://www.amazon.com/review/R1NGHLZXUOQASZ Once these are in the ground, they are not going anywhere. The problem I ran into was the soil where I live (Northern, VA) its all clay. The rod that goes into the anchor to pound it into the ground busted the end off the anchor (as you can see in the video) and the rod went right through. The problem at that point was the rod mushroomed a bit on the end and I was not able to pull it back out. I ended up having to dig it out of the ground.I was still able to use the broken anchor by getting a piece of rebar that was the same size as the rod that came with the kit, it had the ribbed sides so it would not slip through the hole in the anchor.I ended up having 3 of the 4 anchors I used break and ended up with the piece of rebar left in the ground on 3 of them. Lucky for me I had a few pieces laying around, so I did not have to go run to the store a couple of times.If your soil is all clay I would not go with these anchors, get the ones that you screw into the ground instead. If you are in an area with normal soil or more of a sand/soil mix, these will probably work great.
