I just started getting serious about running, and was looking for a good way to hydrate. I sweat like a fountain just walking around, so need hydration while running several miles. This fits snugly, doesn't jiggle around even on nasty downhill rocks, and is very easy to access and put the bottle away on the fly. The perforated padding in back is comfortable and surprisingly breathable. The front pocket is a little on the tight side, I can keep my phone and keys in there, but that is about it. The hook for the keys is a very nice touch. There are only 2 points that keep it from being a 5 star product:1) The fuel bottles stick up just enough to poke your belly if you run up a steep hill or when you are kicking sprints way out there during intervals. During a normal stride on normal terrain, not an issue.2) The belt adjustment is finicky. The adjustment sliders do not hold the belt in place. Instead, you wrap up the extra up to the slider, and use the built in velcro straps to keep the wad of extra belt out of the way. This wad prevents the belt from pulling through the slider. Works great, but it limits the precision of the positioning. Also, makes it a huge pain if you want to share. I ended up buying my gf one for herself. Problem solved.Way better than a backpack, and about a jillion times better than running with a bottle in your hand.

Have used this belt on three long distance (~13 miles) runs now. Belt stays snug around the waist and podium bottle sits securely in holster. Have not noticed any sloshing or bouncing so far, even with various amounts of water in bottle. Have only used the gel flasks once, and they did the job, but kind of inconvenient to fill and clean. Front pouch has enough room for 1 or 2 energy bars or a cell phone and keys. All in all, I love this belt and would be reluctant to run long distance without it.

I do my longer runs (10+ miles) on the weekends on a trail. The summer heat makes carrying water and fuel all the more critical. For runs up to about twelve miles, I've been very happy with this belt. I use the flasks for a mixture of gel and water and I use an insulated Camelbak bottle in the back (the one that came with the belt isn't insulated). When first starting out on a run, I'm very conscious of the belt as it bounces a bit. But once I settle into a run and take some of the water, I forget it's even there. I keep the flasks with their nozzles facing down (as in the product image) and have never had them leak. The front storage pouch is convenient for car keys and an extra gel pack or two.
